Register Free Already have an account? Log in.Verify your email
Click the link in the verification email we send you. This unlocks publishing so bowlers can see your tournaments. (Check spam if you don't see it.)
Add your tournament
From your dashboard, click Add Tournament and fill in the details. The essentials:
- Tournament name
- Date (and end date if it runs multiple days)
- Bowling center (start typing — we'll autocomplete known centers, or add a new one)
- Format (Handicap, Scratch, or 9 Pin) and event types (Singles, Doubles, Trios, Team)
- Entry fee and number of games
Everything else is optional but helps bowlers decide: start time, age category, prize fund, brackets, side pots, and more info.
Right on this same form you can flip on "Collect registrations on iBowlTournaments" to take sign-ups (see below), or paste your own registration link.
Make it stand out (optional but recommended)
- Upload your flyer — your PDF or image displays right on the listing.
- Turn on registrations — check "Collect registrations on iBowlTournaments" on the Add or Edit form and bowlers get a Register button that signs them up right here. (Full details below.) Prefer your own form — Google Form, TournamentDoctor, a payment link? Paste it in the registration link field instead. Any link works.
- Share to Facebook — one click from your dashboard posts the listing to your group or page.
After the event: post your results
Upload your standings or paste a results link so bowlers can see how they finished. Run your tournaments with TournamentDoctor? Connect it from your dashboard and publish standings in one click.
No outside software, no fees. Turn on registration for your tournament and bowlers can sign up directly — you get notified instantly and see your whole roster in one place.
How to turn it on
- On the Add or Edit tournament form, check "Collect registrations on iBowlTournaments."
- Save. A green Register button appears on your listing, on the homepage card, and in the app.
- Grab your shareable registration link from your dashboard (or the Edit page) and post it anywhere — Facebook groups, flyers, texts.
What you get
- An email for every sign-up, so you never miss one.
- A live roster on your dashboard — name, email, phone, events, partners, and notes.
- One-click CSV export for check-in sheets or your own software.
- An "interested" count showing how many bowlers saved your event before it starts.
About entry fees: you collect fees your usual way (in person, your own payment app, etc.). The form reserves each bowler's spot and gives you their details — the part that's normally the biggest hassle. Already use TournamentDoctor or another sign-up page? Just paste that link instead — it works exactly the same for bowlers.
Bowlers can register for your events without an account — zero friction. But it's worth encouraging them to make a free one, because it brings them back and fills your future events:
- Automatic email reminders before events they're watching.
- Save tournaments to a personal calendar.
- Comment on and follow tournaments.
- Track scores and stats over time.
- Use the mobile app with everything synced.
- Find events near them, sorted by distance.
After a bowler registers for your event, we invite them to create an account — turning a one-time entry into a repeat attendee.
A few faster options when you have more than one:
- Bulk import: use the Import tool to add many tournaments at once from a spreadsheet.
- Push from your software: if you use TournamentDoctor, connect it once and push events straight to your listings.
- Send us the list: email your schedule or flyers and we'll enter them for you (see below).
No problem — send us your flyer or tournament details and we'll list it for you, free. Just include:
- Tournament name and date(s)
- Bowling center (name, city, state)
- Format, event types, entry fee, and number of games
- A contact email (and a registration link, if you have one)
- Your flyer attached, if you have one
